Clew
The aft lower corner of a sail where sheets attach.
How to sign
Use Dominant R-hand: rope classifier, after a 1-hand point. The base or passive hand is Non-dominant flat-B: sail plane. Set the sail triangle. Point to the low aft corner. From that corner, extend the rope classifier outward toward the sheet/crew locus. Hold the rope at the clew attachment point. Establish the sail triangle. Point to its low aft corner, then extend an R-hand rope classifier from it to show a sheet attachment.
