The line used to control a gennaker.

How to sign

Use Dominant R-hand: rope classifier. The base or passive hand is Non-dominant curved-C/flat-B: large forward gennaker locus. Set the large forward gennaker. Start at its clew. Trace the rope back to the selected side of the boat, then make one trim pull. Stop with the sheet taut at that boat-side crew locus. Place the large forward gennaker. Trace an R-hand rope from its clew back to the side of the established boat, then make a pull to show trim.
