The steering blade at the stern of a boat.
How to sign
Use Dominant vertical flat-B, fingers together, edge-on: blade. The base or passive hand is Non-dominant horizontal flat-B, palm down: boat base. Set the boat. Place the vertical flat-B at the stern, below or just behind the hull. Pivot the blade left and then right once around its vertical attachment point. Return to a vertical edge-on blade at the stern. Set the boat. At the stern, hold a vertical flat-B hand edge-on for the blade and pivot it left then right once to show steering.
