How to sign

Use Dominant R-hand: rope classifier. The base or passive hand is Non-dominant flat-B: sail plane; clew established. Set the sail and locate the clew. Start the rope at the clew. Extend the rope toward the crew locus, then pull in the needed direction. Stop with the rope taut between clew and crew locus. Place the sail's clew. Extend an R-hand rope classifier from it toward the crew position, then make a directional PULL to show control.
