CNB Yachts
Italian blue-water sailing-yacht builder in the Solaris Group.
CNB Yachts is a sailing-yacht builder whose official site currently presents the CNB 62, 68, 78 and 88, alongside a section for previous models. The company describes its yachts as blue-water yachts and states that CNB now belongs to the Solaris Group.
According to CNB’s own material, the brand has represented blue-water yachts for more than 35 years. The current website also says that the new models are made by Solaris while retaining the DNA of their predecessors.
CNB's 62, 68, 78 and 88 form a contemporary bluewater sailing range within the Solaris Group. The range preserves the brand's long-distance orientation while presenting several sizes and accommodation levels.
The owner should examine how each model balances sail handling, passage comfort and living space for the intended crew. A larger CNB can answer a different guest and voyage brief from a smaller one; the selected yacht's layout and systems are the place to test that distinction. Longer passages also make the location of watch-keeping spaces and access to essential systems part of the layout decision.
