Vita Power Yachts

Electric marine-mobility company behind the Maserati Tridente, a 10.5-metre all-electric luxury day boat.

Vita Power is an electric marine technology company developing high-performance propulsion systems, fully electric boats and the charging infrastructure needed to support them. Rather than operating as a conventional shipyard with a broad range of similar yachts, Vita approaches boating as an integrated electric-mobility ecosystem. Its work covers recreational day boats, commercial craft and propulsion projects created with established marine and luxury brands.

The most recognisable expression of this approach is the Maserati Tridente. Developed through a collaboration between Vita Power and Maserati, this 10.5-metre all-electric powerboat is designed for day cruising on lakes and coastal waters. Its lightweight carbon-fibre construction is completed by Hodgdon Yachts in Maine. The cockpit can be arranged for dining or open-air enjoyment, while a large sunpad, bathing area and enclosed forward cabin make the boat suitable for relaxed days on the water as well as fast coastal passages.

Tridente combines a 252 kWh battery with 600 hp of peak power. Vita publishes a cruising speed of 25 knots, a maximum speed of 40 knots and DC charging in under an hour. These figures are specific to Tridente, but they illustrate the wider character of Vita Power: electric propulsion presented as a complete boating experience rather than simply an alternative engine.

Vita Power will appeal to buyers who want the quietness and immediate response of electric propulsion without giving up performance, design or a recognisable luxury identity. Its difference lies in combining the boat, propulsion system and charging environment within one concept.
