How to sign

Use Dominant flat-B: boat classifier. The base or passive hand is WIND locus is established laterally; no passive hand required. Set WIND first. Place boat with bow at its current heading. Rotate the bow away from WIND in one small arc; keep stern as pivot. Hold the new heading farther from WIND; this is the reverse of HEAD UP. Establish WIND first, then place the boat. Rotate the boat's bow away from the wind direction in a small arc; this is the reverse of HEAD-UP.
