How to sign

Use Dominant vertical rounded handshape: buoy. The base or passive hand is Non-dominant horizontal flat-B, palm down: water plane. Set the water plane. Place the rounded hand above it. Bob it gently up and down once or twice without changing its vertical orientation. End above the water plane in the same upright position. Set the water plane with a flat-B hand. Above it, place a vertical rounded handshape and bob it gently up and down once or twice.
