How to sign

Use Both hands form rounded C/C cushion shape. The base or passive hand is Established boat side; no separate passive hand required. Set the boat side. Place the rounded cushion immediately outside it. Move the cushion once gently toward the hull, without passing through it; repeat once if protection must be emphasized. Hold the cushion outside the hull side. Establish the boat side. Place a rounded C/C shape outside it and move it once toward the hull without collision; repeat once to show protection.
