How to sign

Use Both hands: project STEER-BOAT action, or dominant flat-B pivots rudder. The base or passive hand is Person locus beside boat; boat and rudder loci established. Set boat and rudder. Place a person locus beside the helm position. At that person locus, perform a two-hand steering action or control a small rudder pivot. Hold the person associated with the steering action. Establish the boat and rudder. Use a person locus beside it, then show a two-hand steering action or a small rudder pivot controlled from that person locus.
