How to sign

Use Dominant flat-B: boat classifier. The base or passive hand is WIND locus established straight toward bow; no passive hand required. Set boat facing directly into WIND. Make one small forward attempt, then stop it immediately. Hold the boat stationary, bow into WIND, to show no-sail condition. Establish WIND straight toward the boat's bow. Hold the boat facing into it, show a small stalled forward attempt, then stop; this depicts the no-sail condition.
