4. AI-Powered Recommendations

LYRA uses artificial intelligence to generate yacht recommendations based on the preferences you provide. These recommendations are informational in nature and are intended to assist — not replace — your own judgement.

AI-generated suggestions do not constitute professional maritime, financial, or legal advice. We strongly recommend consulting with qualified professionals before making any purchase or charter decision.

5. Acceptable Use

When using LYRA, you agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Misuse the AI consultation system (including attempting to extract proprietary data or manipulate recommendations)
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform or other users' experience
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the LYRA platform — including text, design, logos, trademarks, and software — is owned by or licensed to LYRA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Yacht images, specifications, and descriptions displayed on our platform are sourced from the respective producers and shipyards. These materials remain the property of their original owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from LYRA without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Content

LYRA aggregates yacht data from multiple producers and shipyards. While we take care to present accurate and current information, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of third-party listings. Where available, we provide links to the original source listings.

LYRA is not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LYRA shall not be liable for:

  • The condition, seaworthiness, or suitability of any yacht listed on our platform
  • The accuracy or completeness of third-party content, specifications, or pricing
